Transcription: Now that we're all warmed up, we're going to start off with a few light stretches. The first one we're going to do, Lita, is our lower body stretches and we're going to start off with our quadriceps. So what we're going to do is grab our foot just below our ankle and hold it just toward our derriere. Make sure that we hold it nice and tight and then we're going to switch over and do the other leg. It's really important when you're doing stretching that you not bounce and that you make sure you hold your stretches for about 10 to 15 seconds.
